Allergy and Immunology is a critical medical specialty that addresses a wide range of conditions related to the immune system. Its focus spans from managing allergic reactions to treating autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiencies, with ongoing research aiming to improve diagnostics, treatments, and overall patient care.

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
