Educational lectures to the Ob/Gyn staff. It is designed to update their knowledge of evidence based medicine and clinical guidelines.

1. Discuss at least the areas that impact clinicians’ sense of fulfillment in their work.
2. Describe Maslow’s hierarchy of need.
3. List at least three things a clinician can use to improve their health.
4. Explain the concept of ikigai and how it can help clinicians obtain and maintain work-life balance.

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
