1. Optimize management of patients with co-existing diseases
2. Integrate updated guidelines by specialty societies into practice to provide current quality evidence based care to patients
3. Discuss current evolving research specifically as to what gaps exist and how to better bridge the divide.

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (1.50 hours), Non-Physician Attendance (1.50 hours), ABA MOCA Patient Safety (1.50 hours), ABA MOCA Part 2 (1.50 hours)

It is the policy of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai to ensure objectivity, balance, independence, transparency, and scientific rigor in all CME-provided educational activities.
