Course Overview

This annual symposium will serve as an update on range of oncology topics including screening guidelines for commonly treated cancers; evaluating individual cancer genetic risk and procedure for genetic testing, the biology of site specific cancers and its impact on individualizing patient treatment, i.e. sub-types of breast cancer, HPV-positive head and neck cancer, molecularbiology of lung and colorectal cancers. The symposium will also address survivorship goals for cancer patients treated with multi-disciplinary approach.

  2. Review the latest developments in cancer biology and genetics in personalizing cancer care.
  3. Discuss survivorship goals for cancer patients treated with multi-disciplinary approach.
