A Vascular Surgery Conference brings together vascular surgeons and healthcare professionals to share the latest advances in the diagnosis and treatment of arterial, venous, and lymphatic diseases. The conference features educational lectures, case discussions, and research presentations focused on both open and endovascular techniques. Its goal is to enhance clinical knowledge, promote best practices, and improve patient outcomes through collaboration and innovation.

1. describe recent innovations in infrainguinal endovascular devices, such as paclitaxel-coated devices, and to understand when their use is supported by evidence for meaningful clinical benefit versus when they may not be appropriate.
2. Identify how to select devices based on evidence to improve clinical performance, patient safety and long-term outcomes.
3. Evaluate the impact of paclitaxel-coated versus uncoated devices on patient-centered outcomes, such as limb salvage, survival and quality of life and apply this evidence to guide clinical decision making.

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
