Multidisciplinary Thyroid Tumor Board (MSH) 2026

Occurs weekly every Tuesday starting on 1/20/2026 at 4:00 PM

This monthly multidisciplinary tumor board allows discussion of thyroid cancer patients in regard to their diagnosis and treatment plans. The team will review patient history, imaging and pathology to help determine diagnosis and the best next steps in their treatment.

1. Identifying management/treatment options for thyroid cancer for individual patients using the most updated research and guidelines.
2. Create more collaboration and promote shared decision-making among various specialties in complex care of thyroid cancer patients.
3. Implement strategies to reduce overtreatment of thyroid cancer, improve patients' quality of life, and optimize healthcare resource utilization in thyroid cancer care.

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
