Course Overview
Leukemia Tumor Board is a structured, multidisciplinary forum in which specialists in hematology, oncology, pathology, radiology, pharmacy, and supportive care collaboratively review and discuss complex leukemia cases. The goal of the board is to integrate current evidence, clinical guidelines, and specialty expertise to refine diagnoses, evaluate therapeutic options, and develop comprehensive, patient-centered management plans. This coordinated, evidence-based approach supports high-quality care and advances clinician learning through shared decision-making and peer-to-peer education.

Objectives
  1. Participants will enhance their ability to apply multidisciplinary, evidence-based principles to the diagnosis and management of leukemia, integrating current guidelines and expert perspectives to support more consistent, informed clinical decision-making.
  2. Clinical staff will more consistently incorporate multidisciplinary recommendations, up-to-date clinical guidelines, and coordinated care processes into their routine management of leukemia patients, resulting in more standardized and efficient delivery of care.
  3. Participants will improve their ability to recognize when complex leukemia cases warrant multidisciplinary input and will more effectively synthesize diagnostic information, treatment options, and evolving best practices to guide patient care.
