To provide clinical and research updates in the field of obstetrics, gynecology, reproductive medicine, women's health, and general public health to practicing physicians, physicians in training and other related health professionals.

1. • Analyze emerging evidence and current trends in women’s health to inform clinical decision-making.
2. • Evaluate resident-led research initiatives to understand their relevance to clinical practice and ongoing medical education.
3. • Identify strategies for advancing health care delivery and promoting physician leadership roles across the United States.
4. • Review current literature on intrapartum glucose monitoring, including its clinical implications and evidence-based practices.
5. • Evaluate the existing hospital protocol for intrapartum glucose monitoring in the context of national guidelines and recent research findings.
6. • Assess the impact of differing glucose monitoring protocols by examining outcomes reported in recent studies to inform best practices in obstetric care.
7. • Describe current principles and best practices in healthcare simulation-based education
8. • Explain the educational theories and evidence-based research that support the effectiveness of simulation in medical training.
9. • Analyze core concepts and innovations in surgical simulation, including emerging technologies and future applications for skills development and assessment.

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
