Advances in Pediatric Food Allergy: From Science to Practice

Attendees will gain valuable insights into emerging therapies and evidence-based management strategies. Key topics include advances in diagnostic tools, anaphylaxis management, oral immunotherapy, early allergen introduction, and psychosocial impacts of food allergies. Interactive workshops and case presentations throughout the plenary sessions will provide practical approaches for improving patient care. The conference also offers a platform for healthcare professionals to network, discuss challenging cases, and share innovations that can enhance patient outcomes and quality of life for those living with food allergies.

1. Appropriately utilize diagnostic tools, including skin prick tests, serum-specific IgE tests, and oral food challenges.
2. Develop comprehensive emergency action plans for patients with food allergies.
3. Evaluate the efficacy and safety of novel therapies and how they may be integrated into patient care.
4. Apply current guidelines on early allergen introduction to prevent food allergy development.
5. Describe psychological and social impacts of those living with food allergies.
6. Identify socioeconomic and geographic barriers to food allergy care and treatment options.
