Each participant is asked to identify how a Grand Rounds presentation influences their clinical practice and whether they are barrier in implementation

1. Be able to identify Verbal and Nonverbal Interventions
2. Be able to conduct Pharmacological Interventions
3. Learn to Monitor for agitation and aggression
