Course Overview
Gastroenterologists are frequently exposed to interesting and difficult cases. Presentation and large group discussion of such cases can expose many more physicians to complex cases and improve knowledge and patient management. In this program, up to eight interesting, unusual, or otherwise challenging cases will be presented by NYSGE fellows and discussed by attendees. Presentations will be scored by NYSGE attending members and endoscopy program directors present at the event. The fellow presenting the highest scoring case will be acknowledged at the next NYSGE Annual Dinner and receive an award.

Objectives
Upon completion of this program, attendees should be able to:

  1. • Outline the endoscopic evaluation, findings and treatment of challenging cases
  2. • Analyze the associated radiologic and/or pathologic findings associated with these cases
  3. • Discuss the clinical presentation, endoscopic management, and follow-up of these cases
