NY-RAIME Annual Meeting: Navigating GME in an endemic world: Using lessons learned to form a better tomorrow.

The NY-RAIME annual meeting provides educational information and faculty development/training in the area of medical education/residency for Internal Medicine Program Directors, Associate Program Directors, Clerkship Directors, Medical Educators and Administrators in the New York State Region, including updates and information from the American College of Physicians NY Chapter and the Greater New York Hospital Association. This year’s meeting will focus on the transition of medical education and program management in the wake of COVID-19 transitioning to an endemic. This will include discussions on the future of residency interviews and the implications of USMLE transition to Pass/Fail status.

1. Analyze the pros and cons of virtual interviewing vs. in-person interviews and apply to your own training program. Designed to change competence.
2. Review the current updates from the GNYHA and ACP and identify current topics being discussed at the government level.
3. Critique the implementation of USMLE pass/fail system and design criteria to determine appropriate screening of applicants

Physicians - $85.00
Residents and Fellows - $25.00

Cancellation Policy
All refund and cancellation requests must be emailed to the CME office at [email protected] by August 22, 2022. Cancellations after this date are not eligible for a refund. An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued for registration fees that are equal to or less than $50.00. No refunds will be issued for “no-shows.”

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (5.75 hours), Non-Physician Attendance (5.75 hours)
