Course Overview
Science in the City is a one day course with plenary sessions, specialized breakout sessions, and panel discussions which will provide a comprehensive update on the evolving therapies for Chronic Liver Diseases.

Objectives
To provide a comprehensive update on the current management and future research directions in liver disease for Gastroenterologists, Hepatologists, Internists, and other Allied Health Professionals involved in the care of patients with liver disease.

  1. Summarize drug induced liver injury
  2. Describe the multidisciplinary approach in the management of HCV and progress toward cure of HBV and HDV
  3. Review the role of Artificial Intelligence in Liver Disease
  4. Discuss new guidelines on the treatment of NASH and new therapeutics in development
